Naproxen is a NSAID (Non Steriodal Anti Inflammatory Drug) and Tylenol is an analgesic they both work in different way. Both medication can be taken together if both areTylenol 3 (with codeine) can also be taken with naproxen. Make sure you take naproxen with food. It doesn't matter for Tylenol....
