Max dose is 40mg in 24 hours (UK) and valium comes in 2mg, 5mg and 10mg tabs. So yeh 20mg in one dose is too high.You would sleep for two days if you’re lightweight. For a regular user/patient - not so strong; hardly enough to sedate, just cutting out the worst anxiety vibes....
