You can take paracetamol with the naproxen, but you cant take the ibuprofen with the naproxen. Ibuprofen and naproxen are NSAIDs . These medicines should never be taken together. Paracetamol is ok to take with NSAIDs. Naproxen is a 12 hour medicine so taking acetaminophen in between Our pharmacist...
